Our Team

Ally Maria, founder and CEO, is our lead instructor at AML Fitness, proudly established since 2024.

Ally is a Certified Zumba instructor since 2019, a certified Schwinn instructor since 2020, a certified Matrix instructor since 2022, a certified Personal Trainer since 2021, and a step instructor since 2024.

Ally comes from a weight loss background and over the course of two and a half years, dropped a total of 96lbs. Ally began her fitness journey with taking Zumba classes, which inspired her to get certified. Her passion to teach earned her the opportunity to get Schwinn certified to take on more classes at her job. She then began weight training which inspired her to become a certified personal trainer. The drive Ally has to help her members succeed only gets stronger and has now led her to opening her own business.

Jackie

Jackie has been a group fitness instructor since 2023 and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. She is a high energy, energetic member of our team that will help you conquer new challenges within our classes!

Her credentials includes yoga certification, Clinical Exercise Physiology BS, Healthcare Administration MBA, LNHA, CPR/AED Certification.

Amy

Amy has been leading group fitness classes since 2024, starting with indoor cycling classes after getting her Schwinn Indoor Cycling certification and ACE Group Fitness certification. Growing up as a gymnast, she always looked for a fun way to workout and stay fit and hopes that she can make working out easier and more fun for anyone who takes her classes! With a neuroscience degree under her belt, she’s in graduate school for occupational therapy to help make everyday life activities easier and more fun for people as well.

Cynthia

Cynthia has been a certified Zumba instructor since 2021 and was trained in step formats in 2025. She grew up dancing and was president of her collegiate dance team, offering lessons and choreographing routines for crowds of over 5,000 people. Having a passion for fitness, Cynthia has regularly spent time in the group fitness space with a focus on dance, pilates, yoga, and Zumba, along with doing solitary weight lifting and running.
