Step Aerobics
Step is a form of aerobic exercise with a 4 – 6 in platform. This high-intensity class will tone your lower body as you step to amazing beats while shedding calories! All levels of fitness are welcome to join! Join us for a heart-pumping workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished!

Zumba Classes
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness workout. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. All levels of fitness are welcome to join!

Step Choreography
Take step aerobics to the next level in this intermediate class by incorporating choreographed steps to every song! Every month we will have new choreographies that will keep your heart pumping fast and your brain working hard to follow the choreography! This one hour class flies by from learning and perfecting every choreography.
